I have been an existing client of Mirna Sellers for years and within her practice at Get Wellness, I have also been served by Elizabeth Plaistad. Additionally, I have experienced massage therapy sessions with Dorothy Rodgriquez. Sellers' and Plaistad's chiropractic sessions are quite incredible. I'm exceptionally picky about who handles my back and how they do it. Both chiropractors are firm yet also gentle (if that makes sense). The result is experiencing gentle care but quite impactful results on the table and in my daily life. I am now in a routine and my back feels so much better -- my quality of life has certainly improved. As for massage therapy, Dorothy has given me full-body, focused and reflexology sessions. She has exceptional abilities to work on problem areas while also begin as gentle or as firm as her clients like. The only disappointing experience I have had with Dorothy's massage therapy sessions is that they end -- they make you want to pay for another 1/2-hour! They leave you feeling so relaxed. More importantly, I feel so much better in my daily life as as a result of her efforts, especially after arduous work trips where walking and carrying heavy materials leave me feeling my age. Whether chiropractic or massage therapy, I always look forward to my visits now and feel so much healthier now that I've developed a bit of a routine. I genuinely feel healthier than I have in many years and their prices also are quite reasonable. The place is a BIG win in my pursuit of healthier living.
Moving from Arizona to Mansfield meant saying goodbye to my family chiropractor, who'd been with me through everything. I was a bit anxious about finding someone who could fill those big shoes. Then, I met Dr. Sellers, and what a relief that was! Dr. Sellers is amazing. Right from the start, she made me feel welcome and at ease, like I was chatting with an old friend. She's not just knowledgeable; she's got this way of explaining things that just makes sense. And the equipment they have at Get Wellness? I'd never seen anything like it at my old place, but Dr. Sellers walked me through how it all worked and how it would help me. After my first session with her, I could already feel a difference in my back, shoulders, and neck—relief that I hadn't felt in a long time. She laid out a plan for my treatment moving forward, which really helped put my mind at ease about my health journey in this new city. Dr. Mirna helped me post-partum after I had some back pain from my first child. She then helped me throughout my pregnancy with twins. I owe my (relatively) low pain and ability to keep both babies head down to her. Her bedside manner is always so caring and empathetic and I appreciated how she always educated me on how things in the body are related. I feel better already! I have been a client of Dr. Elizabeth Plaistad for only just a couple of months. She has been treating me for constant tingling in my feet with regular spinal adjustments and decompression sessions. Dr. Masri completely cured my TMJ, no surgery or pain meds involved. It took several weeks of repeated visits, but I have had no problems since. She truly cares about her patients and shows sympathy for your injuries. She also gives you things to do at home to help prevent further problems. Definitely don’t hesitate to book with Dr. Masri! The new facilities are also very nice. 🙂
